The Code of Ethics and the Organizational, Management and Control Model
The SOL Group is convinced that ethical principles, correctness and transparency are essential requirements for sustainable growth.
Respect for the Code of Ethics ensures that the management of transactions and human relationships, both inside and outside the Group, is equitable and effective, thus bolstering the reputation of those companies comprising it, while at the same time creating a sense of pride and belonging among employees.
The Organizational, Management and Control Model adopted by SOL Spa under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, integrates the Code of Ethics and is an operational tool for the application of those principles contained in said Code.
The SOL Group’s Code of Ethics
The SOL Group’s Code of Ethics establishes the values on which the activities of the entire Group are based, and the practices that all staff and collaborators must follow to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
The Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01
Following the coming into force of Italian Legislative Decree 231/01, SOL Spa has drawn up and adopted an Organizational, Management and Control Model.
